Crispy Fish Mayonnaise

Material:
* 500 grams of snapper filet, thinly sliced lengthwise
* 2 cloves garlic, crushed
* Salt and pepper to taste
* 2 eggs, beaten off
* 300 grams of flour spices, ready to use
* 100 grams of mayonnaise
* Cooking oil to taste

How to make:
1. Marinate the fish with garlic, salt and pepper powder.
Let stand 15 minutes.

2. Dip the fish into the beaten eggs. Roll over flour
seasoning to mix. Fry fish until golden brown.
Remove and drain.

3. Serve with mayonnaise.

Results: Serves 10
Chap: Tuna may be substituted according to taste
