Grilled Mushroom Oyster Sauce


Material:
* 300 grams oyster mushrooms, wash clean
* 200 grams of flour spices ready
* 100 grams of oyster sauce
* 2 tablespoons soy sauce
* Cooking oil to taste

How to make:
1. Coat mushrooms with flour seasoning until blended.
2. Fry mushrooms in hot oil and a lot to
dry and mature. Remove and drain.
3. Apply fried mushrooms with oyster sauce and soy sauce.
4. Grilled over hot coals until browned. Remove and serve.

Results: 4 servings
