Jerky Yeast

Material:
5 pieces of red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 / 2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoons cooking oil for sauteing
2 bay leaves
2 cm galangal
1 stalk lemongrass
500 grams of beef has in part, thinly sliced
1 liter of water
Java 100 grams of sugar, finely
2 coconuts old enough, grated

How to Make:
1. Puree onion, garlic and coriander.
2. Then stir-fry with bay leaves, galangal and lemongrass until fragrant.
3. Insert meat and water, stir well. Allow to penetrate and flavor the meat tender.
4. Add slices of Java sugar and stir until sugar dissolves.
5. Enter the grated coconut, stir until dry coconut.
6. Remove and serve.
