Light Crispy Waffles

Material:
3 / 4 cup all-purpose Flour
1 / 4 cup cornstarch Flour
1 / 2 teaspoon salt
1 / 2 teaspoon baking powder
1 / 4 tsp baking soda
3 / 4 cup buttermilk
1 / 4 cup liquid milk

6 tablespoons vegetable oil (cooking oil melted margarine ato pake also asoy)
1 large egg, separate yellow & white
1 tbsp castor sugar
1 / 2 tbsp Vanilla

How to make:
1. In a separate container, combine the flour, cornstarch + + salt + baking powder + baking soda. Mix well.
2. Prepare a basin. Enter the buttermilk, fresh milk, vegetable oil, egg yolk (reply has shaken off). Dg whisk stir well, set aside.
3. In another bowl, beat the egg whites with electric mixer until soft peak. Enter sugar & Vanilla.
3. Beat again until stiff & glossy. Set aside.
4. Pour the buttermilk mixture into flour mixture. Mix well.
5. Enter the egg white mixture into batter. Mix well.
6. Preheat waffle maker. Pour batter and bake until done....
